Bomb blast in Pune, India. Friends of mine, very close to the incident. I really want to say something, but it's already been said. It's been said long enough. Sometimes I look at the lines below, and I wonder if it's really possible - Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one - John LennonAnd then i think it has to be possible. Because I don't like the alternative, and what we've seen so far. Why is this so hard to do? Wouldn't life just be simpler? Just one of those times I don't know any of the answers. Peace is complicated, people say. So? All I can say is I guess things will start with you and me. I recently went on a small trip to a popular saint's ashram here in India, and here's what I saw : 1. People from different cultures and countries living together as one.
2. The religion is to do good and be good. It exists. Here's to you Lennon, You're not the only one.
